Meet Angie

Ang, a transplant from the Caribbean to Minnesota, is a Master Gardener, trail runner, foodie and a voracious reader. While the move from island life to the Midwest was a big change, especially the winters, she’s embraced the beauty of the area, from breathtaking sunsets to wide-open fields. Though she’s immersed in rural life with her husband, a crop farmer, and enjoys the quiet, close-knit community, her heart is still torn between the island life she grew up with and the quiet life she’s come to love. When the longing for the sea calls, she simply imagines it or hops on a plane to get a taste of her tropical roots.
